Gold Marketing & Export
We organise collective gold aggregation with transparent weighing and fair pricing, connecting miners to certified buyers and facilitating lawful export processes.
KASSMA SACCO & Finance
We operate the KASSMA SACCO providing savings and affordable credit, alongside financial literacy and business management support to help members build lasting livelihoods.
Safety, Health & Environment
We train members in safe and sustainable mining, promote mercury-free processing, strengthen site health standards, and support land restoration programs in mined-out areas.
Digital Systems & Transparency
We implement digital systems for member management, receipt generation, SACCO records, and transparent gold transaction tracking across all operations.
